TAI JAQUES

Welcome! My name is Tai. It’s a dream come true to be able to connect with you at Heartbeat Wellness Center.

Wallowa County, Oregon has been a home of mine on and off for my entire life. I chose to move back here to reconnect with myself, this land and the community in 2016.

Living here again has reaffirmed how much our community truly feeds my soul and how this land makes me feel alive. It is with great honor and gratitude that I step into work with you in this very special place.

My foundations of training are vast. I’m a lightwkrker who focuses on energy work and lymphatic drainage. I specialize in access bars, belief work, brain and nervous system work and releasing trauma. I am also a clinical energetic herbalist, a certified yoga teacher, a breathwork practitioner, a trauma and tension release exercise (TRE) practitioner and an Access Bars facilitator with a passion for cooking and nutrition.

It's been a privilege to study with the following schools and teachers:

  • Chikly Institute - Lymphatic and Brain work

  • Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine with Karyn Sanders and Sarah Holmes

  • A Yoga Life with Adrienne Hutton - 200 hour training

  • TRE with Lynea Gillen

  • Access Bars with Access Consciousness

  • Tuning forks with Eileen Day McKusick

  • Lightworker Training with Tatiana Sakurai

  • Flower essences with Lotus Wei

I enjoy weaving all of the tools I have learned along with frequency to assist you in unlearning all the limiting beliefs you’ve been told and remembering who you Truly are, a being of Love!  I use many modalities to work with the layers of trauma and patterns held in our collective consciousness. My focus is to hold space for you as you reconnect with your sovereign being and invoke a sense of joy into our work together.  I truly love what I do and feel honored to work with anyone who says yes to healing.

He’ll most likely welcome you, as he is Heartbeat’s “Official Greeter” and takes his job very seriously as he enjoys meeting everyone who walks through the door. Reef is in the room during sessions with Tai. He helps to hold space and brings a relaxing tone with his snores.
